Damian Handy Bio (for ''Crashlanding'')

For 8 years, the former R.P.D. S.W.A.T. Lieutenant has been suffering from nightmares of the Raccoon City Incident. ''Retiring'' to Colombia, the former officer now makes a living as a gun shop owner and off the side-a gun runner. This lucrative side business is partly the reason why the U.S. Department of Homeland Security seized him and brought him back into the U.S. The Government really wanted him due to his 'unique' background, thanks to the former rookie officer Leon S. Kennedy, whom Damian met briefly during his hell in Raccoon. A survivor of the Raccoon City Incident, a failed S.T.A.R.S. Applicant and a friend of Barry Burton who was still off the grid. The DHS want Damian to head to Nevada to check out a possible lead to a Black Market deal. With the possibility of B.O.W.s involved, and with Agent Kennedy being away for other business-Damian has been specifically chosen due to his ties to the black market and his role as a Raccoon City Survivor. In exchange, the DHS promise to absolve him of all his crimes and will let him off scott-free. Declining, he will have plenty of years to regret his decision in a Federal prison. Seeing no way out of it, he begrudgingly accepts. He finds out along the way, that he will be paired with another Raccoon City Survivor-one he had previously met down the barrel of a gun.
